The easy way to get the event photos you want!

Event photography is even more special this year, as we finally meet with people we've not partied with for, oh, 2 years now! So with Christmas parties, winter weddings and other frosty frivolity approaching, we thought we would make things simple for those wondering what kind of photography we can offer, and exactly how the process of having us photograph your event works.

What do we have to offer?

Event documentary

This is a natural and candid style of photography where we capture things as they happen. This is perfect for if you don't want the photography too intrusive, and is the best way to capture the spirit of your event. We can also do your award and formal photos as part of event documentary.

Photo wall or photo booth

Our photo walls are a flat backdrop that can be used as an entrance wall for your guests. The great thing about an entrance wall is you get all of your guests photos taken before the partying starts. You can pair an entrance wall with event documentary throughout the night.

Our photobooths use the same flat wall backdrop as our entrance wall, in what is known as an open photobooth, but we will bring some of our props along that match your theme, to create a bespoke booth just for you.

All photos are received digitally as standard, in a password protected gallery and your own event URL, which will be displayed for all to see on the night.

How does it work?

Enquiring

You can send us an enquiry through our website or one of our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram). When you chat to us we will gather some information about your event including:

  • Time and place

  • How many guests

  • What are you celebrating? Are you wanting natural and candid photos, photo wall or booth or a mixture?

Check out our reviews on Google, Facebook and Trustpilot if you want to see what others say about us.

Before the event

With any photographer you hire, it's best to have a pre-event call, zoom or meeting to discuss what will be happening, this includes:

  • The schedule - A schedule helps us know where to be and when. Even if it is as simple as saying 'awards at this time, food here, the party on!' - all that information helps.

  • The space - If setting up a booth or photo wall, know how much space you have as this can determine the size and layout of your wall or booth. Ideally this needs to be a collaboration with us to ensure you get your photos in a great space, that works with the flow of your event and will get you the best photos.

  • The lights - It's good for us to understand what lights are available in the space allocated. e.g. is there a window nearby that could play havoc come low evening sun? Are there spotlights which need to be pointed away from your wall or booth? Again, just as much information you can provide is great, or even better is a few snaps of the venue.

On the day

We always like to arrive early to do some test shots and scout out the area. This gives us time to get some nice photos of your decorations before any of your guests arrive too. It's also a great time to meet you in person. Then once the event happens, the photography will flow seamlessly with your event.

After the event

We will send you a message when your gallery of images is ready and then send them to you however we agreed - be it digital, online gallery or any printed options.

And it really is as easy as that! We would love to hear about your event and how we can help, please contact us now to talk more!
